How does WePickADay work?
You create the event, add your guests' emails and tick the ones who are must-haves. Everyone gets a personal link and says how they feel about 3 to 5 dates. The AI analyses the answers, suggests new dates if needed (up to three rounds) and then recommends the best slot.
How much does it cost?
€1.50 including VAT per event, paid once by the organiser. No subscription, and guests pay nothing.
Do my guests need to create an account?
No. They receive an email with a personal link and answer in 30 seconds, with no account and no app to install.
What is a must-have guest?
Someone without whom the event isn't happening: no date will be chosen if they can't make it.
What happens once the date is found?
You confirm in one click: every guest receives the date with a link to add it to their calendar, and you get booking ideas (holiday home, restaurant, outing) tailored to your event.
I was invited to a WePickADay event, do I get a discount?
Yes: your first event is free. Click “Create mine” in one of the emails you received and use the same email address.
What happens to our data?
It is only used to organise the event and is deleted 6 months after the last possible date. The organiser can erase everything at any time from their page.
